By joining the wenhire waitlist or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The service
wenhire is a hiring platform currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist, you will receive email communications about our launch, product updates, and early access opportunities. The first 250 confirmed members will receive free access to wenhire for one year from the date of public launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use wenhire. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Email communications
By confirming your waitlist signup, you consent to receive email communications from wenhire. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Free access offer
The "first 250 get free access for 1 year" offer applies to the first 250 email addresses that complete the double opt-in confirmation process. The free access period begins on the date wenhire publicly launches and lasts for 12 calendar months. We reserve the right to define the scope of features included in the free tier.
Intellectual property
All content on wenhire.xyz — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by wenhire and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of liability
wenhire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wenhire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
